My Name is Tracey I am a grandmother of 6 grandchildren our latest has just arrived in November (a little girl) that makes 2 girls and 4 boys, I am a hands on grandmother and love every minute I spend with them. I have a passion for horses and though I don’t ride anymore it was once a regular part of my life, I still have horses, 3 in fact plus an extra one that we look after, I love to have my horses around and sit and watch them running around their paddock. years ago in another lifetime I was a swimmer and now I just love to be with the babies in the water and teach them how to swim. You will find me at the pool on Sunday and I help in the office on Mondays and fill in where I’m needed, so you may get emails from me. My Hobbies are looking after all my grandchildren and the garden at my house which is quite large we have 5 acres, i spend time looking after my fishpond and fighting the Shags for the fish I try and breed, sometimes i'm the winner and sometimes the Shags eat them all!
Hi I’m Dyan You will see me at the pool everyday. I am a Full-time Trainee at TBLSS. I'm studying Cert 111 in Business Management, Pool Operational Manager and Swim Teaching (finishing soon). I am also a qualified Life Guard. Outside of work I play and umpire Baseball, Softball and I love watching AFL. We have 2 dogs Stich and Sky that make me sneeze.
I work on Monday and Wednesday at the pool and also do Facebook marketing for the swim school. I love the time I spend at the pool and working with the team at the swim school. In my spare time, I assist my husband with our family business. I have 3 boys, a stepdaughter, and a stepson, I am a very proud Nanna of 2 grandchildren and love to spend time with them both. I relax doing yoga, watching a good movie, walking along the beach, relaxing in my spa, and spending time with my grandies and great Niece. weekends on our new boat with my hubby and family,friends
HI I’m Sophia I joined the swim school team in August 2021, I teach Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. I am currently studying at the University of Sydney, studying social work and I am just completing my first year of a 5 year degree. When I’m not studying or at the pool you can find me at the beach, walking or swimming to, I also play netball and workout at the gym, when I’m feeling lazy I love to chill out watching Netflix or spending time with my pet dog Buster and a cat Lachy who I love very much.
Hi, my name is Rowena but I usually get called Rowie. I am from a farm located near the small country town of Mingenew located 370Km North of Perth, approximately 4 hours drive. I have a dog called Maggie and a cat called Cuz who was wild cat found by friends and gifted to us as a Christmas present. We all thought that this cat would run away but it hasbeen with us for 9 years and counting. I enjoy playing hockey, I play for UWA and the localWomen’s team in Mingenew. I enjoy watching AFL and I go for the Geelong Cats. Don’t hold this against me, my family are from Victoria. Yet my parents managed to have a son that goes for Essendon and another that goes for Fremantle. I am studying a Bachelor of Education (Primary Teaching) at Murdoch University, currently in my first year. My degree will be 4 years long, so hopefully finishing in 2024. Whilst in my first year of studies I am staying at a residential college. In my spare time I like to read, go for walks, hang out with my friends/family and obviously enjoy swimming. I will be teaching at the swim school on Friday and Sunday.
Hi I’m Matthew I am 21years old and a full-time swim teacher and you will see me at the pool Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. I enjoy the outdoors and during the winter I play footy for North Beach, I have a dog called Jess she is a Kelpie.
Hi my name is Michaela I am currently studying a Bachelor of Youth Work at Uni I'm in my first year of a 3-4 year degree. I work Tuesday and Saturdays at the swim school. I love Netball but haven’t played for a while. I have a Cavoodle named Yumi (Japanese) who I have heaps of fun spending time with. I relax spending time with my family and friends, enjoying my favourite foods and Reading drawing or painting.
Hi I’m Ella I grew up playing netball, athletics, and surfing. Recently I have fallen in love with the circus and running. I am quite a creative person and love realistic drawing/painting and the circus! I currently work Fridays and Saturdays at the pool. I’m taking a gap year this year from study, next year I’m hoping to study Nursing at Notre Dame and volunteer with Saint John’s working towards my ultimate goal to become a Paramedic and hopefully study Postgraduate Paramedicine, if all goes well it will take me 5 years to get to my dream Career. Our family pet dog is a miniature schnauzer named Shaka, funnily enough, though I also have a pet blue marron. My hobbies are playing guitar, Art, surfing, being with animals, going on spontaneous adventures, flying trapeze is awesome fun and to clear my head a run seems to help or doing some artwork I can do this for hours
I My name is Jess Sandford I play waterpolo and netball I work on Wednesday’s and Sundays. I graduated high school this year and am hoping to be a paramedic. I have a 6 year old staffy called Archie. My hobbies include going to the beach, being with friends and camping.
I work at the biggest little swim school each Thursday. Outside of swim teaching I’m a mum to three busy girls aged 7,5 and 2. I’m a qualified teacher and have taught in Primary and Secondary schools all over Australia as well as overseas. I’m currently studying a graduate diploma of education, special needs, part time. I love running and swimming and competing in both. Some of my favourite events have been half marathons and the Lake Argyle Swim. If I ever happen to find some quiet time I enjoy reading and going for walks. I also really love food!
Hi, I'm Sam! You'll usually see me here at the swim school on Monday and Tuesday afternoons. When I'm not at the pool, I'm mostly likely running around and having a ball with my husband and our children, aged six and four. I am currently studying Education Support and, all going well, will graduate this year. I enjoy running and swimming and also love to potter in the garden... Edibles are my favourite plants to grow, especially flowers! We don't have any pets at the moment but I'm really hoping that there will be chickens scratching around our backyard in the future.
My name is Jade. I am currently a university student at UWA studying genetics. I am in my first year of study doing an honours degree. I play a lot of hockey also for UWA and in Bunbury where i am from. Work at the swim school Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays. Have three sausage dogs, my dog is called Candy. I love travelling and hope to be able to spend more time overseas learning about other cultures once the pandemic has settled down.
